Probably the most well-known Mackinac Island treat is, of course, world-famous Mackinac Island fudge! With 13 fudge stores on the Island, it’s no wonder Mackinac Island is the fudge capital of the world and celebrates the annual Mackinac Island Fudge Festival every August. You might find copycats trying to replicate this sweet treat, but to get the real thing you can order Mackinac Island fudge online throughout the year. NUTELLA FEATURING MACKINAC ISLAND
2022 was a year of awards and recognition for beloved and historic Mackinac Island. Along with being named the #1 Island in the Continental U.S. by Travel + Leisure Magazine, Nutella, the creamy hazelnut cocoa spread, featured Mackinac Island and a Pannukakku recipe as 1 of 16 locations promoted in their “Breakfast Across America” campaign. GUERNSEY FARMS DAIRY LEMONADE
The official lemonade of Mackinac Island is the perfect blend of tart and sweet. Produced by Guernsey Farms Dairy in Northville, Michigan, their lemonade can be found on Mackinac Island at Doud’s Market, the oldest family-owned grocery store in the U.S. as well as stores throughout Michigan.
MACKINAC ISLAND RUM
