GREAT PRODUCT
One may consider this product to be a bit 'expensive' but I promise it's worth every penny and will last quite awhile. I was only interested in getting the coffee and cigarette stains off of my teeth. After using this product, I now have my beautiful smile like I was 16 again! So easy to use and very durable with the added benefit of being in my own home instead of an uncomfortable dentist's chair

Effective, subtile whitening
As a woman in her 70s, my teeth has progressively yellowed. I had not considered whitening them as I heard a number of report of tooth sensitivity. I wish I could share my results
My teeth went from cocobutter yellow to coconut white. I drink red wine, was a smoker and drink coffe at times through a straw now. I purchased the 3D whitening kit with light and 3 pens, used twice this year and cannot wait for the restock of more pens. Best advice ask Santa or Order NOW!

I was originally very disappointed because when my 3D Pro arrived, it didn't work right out of the box. I assumed I was going to be throwing away $100 on this since I was outside of the 30-day return window, but they must have someone monitoring these reviews because within a week of leaving mine, not only one but TWO new bases arrived at my door. Those are working well, and I appreciate the quick response to my review considering I hadn't even tried to reach out to customer service.
I've only used it a few times, but it did appear to make a difference with the first one or two uses, and I echo what others say that it doesn't cause nearly the sensitivity that other whitening strips and products do. Only giving 4 starts instead of 5 because that first one didn't work.

One thing that is definitely a con of this device is that it does not work properly! I have contacted the customer service twice since I got it and explained to them that the device does not turn on properly, sometimes I have to try it about 8-10 times to get it to work. I have tried all of their troubleshooting advice and it does not work, but unfortunately they refuse to send me a new one. I even told them that I will return this one to them! so don't believe the 30 day money back guarantee!
Pro: you can see a difference after a week. I wouldn't say after one application! I have super sensitive teeth and this doesn't bother me unless I use it every night. so I use it every other night!

I didn't hold out too much hope that this would work considering I had taken a lot of antibiotics as a child. My teeth were never a great color. However, as other reviewers have said, you can see a difference after just one application. Several months later (and while I avoid a "bright white" look) my teeth look much whiter, brighter and really very nice. Well worth the money.

Seriously get it!
Works incredible, almost unbelievable! If your reading this, then you should get it. I used whitening strips and besides my front two teeth, I couldn't get the rest that white or the edges. My teeth were fairly white but still after 20 minutes all my teeth were noticeably a lot whiter and whitened all around! The mouth tray didn't need to be super snug, I felt as if my mouth didn't make optimal contact, I could feel a good amount of drool which is why I couldn't do the full 3 sessions, and it still worked. I had no sensitivity when other products made my teeth sensitive. I never do positive reviews, but was so pleased I did this the next morning. Get it!

Update
I had issues with my device being glitchy and not working sometimes. I also received an empty pen in my box which was strange. I contacted customer service and they replaced these items immediately, taught me the best way to use the device, were very quick to respond, and very kind!! Excellent customer service!! I am over a week in and seeing results. :)
