NEW JAILINGS

Jaclyn K. Anderson, 29, Wichita, jailed Monday for 72 hours on court orders.

Hayden C. Blevins, 23, Marion, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Jan. 27 and 28, 2021, on suspicion of aggravated assault, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct and Dec. 17 and 18, 2020, on suspicion of felony theft.

Kyleigh E. Clarke, 23, Kansas City, Missouri, jailed Friday for allegedly violating her probation. Released six hours later after posting a $15,000 bond. Previously jailed Dec. 30 to Jan. 2 and Feb. 22 to 24, 2021, on court orders and Aug. 7 to 9, 2022, and Aug. 4 to 6, 2020, for failing to appear in court.

Tory R. Elkins, 43, Oswego, held Monday without bail on court orders. Previously jailed Feb. 12 and 13 on court orders; June 3, 2022, for failing to appear in court; and April 8 and 9, 2022, on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, another controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia.

Jordan L. Fryhover, 25, Hillsboro, jailed June 5 for unspecified reasons. Previously jailed eight times for a total of 319 days between Feb. 6, 2020, and May 19, 2023. Previous jailings were on suspicion of theft (twice), possession of stimulants (twice), possession of drug paraphernalia (twice), possession of marijuana, burglary, criminal damage to property; for failing to appear in court three times; on court orders once; and for allegedly violating his probation four times.

Paige K. Garcia, 22, Florence, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of making a criminal threat, criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and interfering with law enforcement. Released 30 hours later after posting a $1,500 bond.

Michael R. Gerdeen, 48, Wabeno, Wisconsin, jailed June 4 for failing to appear in court. Held without bond.

Andy C. Helton, 50, Cottonwood Falls, jailed Friday for the Department of Corrections. Previously jailed May 13 to 15 on court orders and May 5, 2023, on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia.

Tanner L. Jasper, 24, Hillsboro, arrested June 5 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Held in lieu of a $1,500 bond. Previously jailed 17 times for a total of 331 days between Aug. 12, 2018, and Sept. 14, 2022. Previous jailings were on suspicion of criminal trespassing, possession of stimulants and drug paraphernalia twice, possession of marijuana once, underage possession of liquor, theft by threat, driving without a license, making a criminal threat, disorderly conduct, and interfering with law enforcement; on court orders once; for allegedly violating his probation eight times; for failing to appear in court six times; and for contempt of court twice.

Sharita R. Jones, 48, Wichita, arrested Monday by Peabody police for failing to appear in court. Held without bond.

David C. Keffer, 43, no hometown listed. Jailed Friday for the Department of Corrections. Previously jailed June 15, 2023, on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia and driving without a license and liability insurance.

Amber R. Litton, 39, Peabody, arrested June 5 by Peabody police on suspicion of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Released 7½ hours later after posting $3,500 in bonds.

Ariana E. Seaman, 18, Hillsboro, arrested June 5 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released two days later after posting a $1,500 bond.

William R. Shearer, 42, Florence, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed 11 times for a total of 20 days between Dec. 22, 2021, and June 2, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders and on suspicion of violating his probation, twice violating an order of protection, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container of alcohol, endangering a child, and twice driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
